Challenge Copilot

For the Challenge, and for the moment right before you press send.

You’ve done the work, and you know the material. Each month the Abundance GPS community runs the 4-Day Break-Free Challenge, and Challenge Copilot writes your four Challenge documents with you, one question at a time, in your own words. Then it stays for the weeks in between, for the moment right before you press send: it calms you first, runs a three-minute release move matched to your brake, and helps you do the real thing.

Included in the Premium and VIP memberships. Seven days free.

It lives in the Abundance GPS Copilot app on your phone. Abundance GPS is David Cameron Gikandi’s membership community for conscious entrepreneurs. It lives on Skool, a platform for online communities.

First, the Challenge

Every month, the community runs the 4-Day Break-Free Challenge

Abundance GPS is David’s community on Skool. Once a month its members work through four days together, 30 to 60 minutes a day, opened and closed live by David. Each day has a short video lesson from him and a set of exercises, and each one goes a layer deeper than the day before.

  1. Day 1 · Goal

    What do you really want?

Separate the goal that’s truly yours from the ones picked up from family, culture or comparison.

    You leave with

A clear goal, and a visualisation script written for it.

  2. Day 2 · Problem

    The block under the surface

Go past the problem you think you have, down to the belief underneath it that keeps the brake on.

    You leave with

    The real block, named.

  3. Day 3 · Solutions

    Your toolkit

Choose the techniques from David’s Techniques Library that release that particular block.

    You leave with

A map of what you’ll use, layer by layer.

  4. Day 4 · Integration

    Make it real

Turn the goal, the block and the toolkit into a plan you can live by in the weeks that follow.

    You leave with

    Your Break Free Blueprint.

  • Every month
  • Four days, 30 to 60 minutes a day
  • Opened and closed live by David
  • A short video lesson each day
  • Done alongside the whole community
  • Included in Premium and VIP

Challenge Copilot is your help with those four days. It writes each day’s document with you, one question at a time and in your own words, then keeps the plan alive in the weeks until the next Challenge.

The brake fires at 4:40 on a Thursday, with the quote open in another tab.

You know more about this than plenty of the people who teach it. You’ve read the books, done the courses, sat through the retreats, and you could probably run a workshop on money and worth. And still, right before the price goes out or the post goes live, a familiar pull arrives, and the next hour disappears into something safer.

That pull is a brake. It was wired in early and practised for years, and it’s very good at its job, which is keeping you safe at the edge of anything that matters. It fires on schedule, too: right before the step.

Most help arrives at a different time. The course is there on Sunday and the live call is there once a week, while the brake fires on a Thursday afternoon, when you’re on your own with the send button. So we built Challenge Copilot for Thursday afternoon.

Every session runs on one rhythm

Four beats, whether you have three minutes or thirty.

  1. 01

    Brake

Name the step you’re about to take, and rate how loud the flinch is.

  2. 02

    Release

Calm comes first. Then a two-to-five-minute move for the layer the brake lives in.

  3. 03

    Build

Do the real thing—the email, the price, the post—in your own words.

  4. 04

    What shifted

One word or one line, kept on your private record.

See it in just over a minute

A walk through the app, from a flinch rated 7 to a price sent, then the Challenge documents.

Here’s the moment it’s built for

Say you’re about to email two past clients: “My package is now $1,200.” Here’s what the next four minutes look like.

  1. 01 · Brake

Name the step. Rate the flinch.

You tell it what you’re about to do. Then it asks you to imagine pressing send: how loud is the flinch, from 1 to 10? At 6 or more, a release move comes first.

Before a scary step: the member rates how loud the flinch is, 7 of 10
  2. 02 · Calm first

    Check how you’re arriving.

Shaky, steady or strong? How upset do you feel, from 0 to 10? At 7 or more, the calm tools open before anything else, and nothing is allowed to push past that.

Before the move: how the member is arriving today, and how upset they feel from 0 to 10
  3. 03 · Release

Three minutes, matched to the brake.

This flinch sits in the chest, so the move works through the body: feet flat on the floor, a longer breath out than in, the price read out loud once. Every move comes from David’s Techniques Library.

A three-minute release move matched to where the flinch sits
  4. 04 · Re-rate

    Watch the number come down.

“It was 7. Now it’s a 4.” Then three choices, and every one of them is fine: send it now, make it smaller, or calm down some more.

After the move: the flinch was 7 and now it's a 4, with Send it now, Make it smaller and Calm down
  5. 05 · What shifted

    Then you send it.

You press send, come back and tap Did it. “You sent it scared.” The step goes onto your scared list, dated and private, with room for one word about what shifted.

You sent it scared: the step goes onto the member's private scared list

The same two questions come before any exercise that touches feelings. If a number ever goes up after a move, it stops, calms you and offers a softer way. It never pushes on.

Here’s what it is

Challenge Copilot is part of the Abundance GPS Copilot app. It runs in your phone’s browser and sits on your home screen like any other app, with no App Store needed, and it remembers your goal, your brake and your words from one session to the next.

Challenge Copilot · in Premium and VIP

Finish the Challenge in your own words.

Each of the Challenge’s four days has its own document. Challenge Copilot writes yours with you, one question at a time and inner half first, then keeps your plan alive in the weeks between.

My documents: work in progress, each Challenge's Blueprint, and everything finished
Day 1 of the Challenge: one question at a time, each answer written into the member's own document
  • Phone, tablet or laptop
  • On your home screen, no App Store
  • Sign in with a code sent to your email
  • Replies in English and a few more languages
  • An AI coach, not a therapist

If you’ve collected courses and workbooks over the years, you may own a folder of half-finished worksheets. These four are built to get finished, because there’s never a blank page: it asks one question at a time and writes your answers in as you go.

  • Day 1 of the Challenge: one question at a time, each answer written into the member's own document

Am I allowed to want this?

  • The Break Free Blueprint, in the member's own words

  • Review my document: what's already strong, and what would make it stronger

    Before you finish

    Review my document

What’s already strong, then what would make it stronger.

  • Mission accomplished: the whole Challenge finished, all four documents in the member's own words

    The finish

    Mission accomplished

All four documents, in your own words.

Your words stay yours

Every answer goes into your document exactly as you wrote it, marked with a gold line so it reads like your writing. Where the copilot drafts something for you, like a visualisation script built from your answers, you edit it and save it yourself.

Two halves in every document

An inner half: what the brake is, where it came from, what it protects. And a structure half: the goal, the date, the evidence and the first real step.

One real action each day

Each day ends with something you do in the world, like telling one person the goal. Then Did it, Not yet, or Make it smaller.

Here’s what the weeks in between look like

The Challenge takes four days, and the brake works all month. So between Challenges, Today, the app’s home screen, shows one next step a day, and there are no streaks, no red marks and no guilt about a quiet week.

  1. 7:10am

    One next step

A line from last time, “Your goal: six regular clients who pay my full rate,” and one step to take today.

The Today screen: a greeting, a recap of the member's goal, and one next step, Day 3 of the Challenge
  2. 12:30pm

How much did the old pattern drive today? One word for why, and one thing you did scared.

Your commitment is waiting: Did it, Not yet, or Change it. Not yet gets a smaller version, and never a lecture.

Welcome back: yesterday's commitment is due today, with Did it, Not yet and Change it

When you want more, there’s a track. Build Your Offer takes eight steps, one per session, each opening with the brake it tends to meet. The Deepening track follows the four-week Deepening cycle in Premium and VIP (goal, blocks, techniques, then integration) one week at a time, with no rush.

Here are the inner tools

About twenty short tools for the moments the brake shows up, grouped the way you’d reach for them. Most take about three minutes, and every release move is a vetted technique from David’s Techniques Library.

Here’s why it’s safe to lean on

It was designed for people whose nervous systems learned early to brace. So it calms first, goes at your pace, and never asks you to tell the story of what happened.

  • The calm-down kit, one tap from every screen: help now, breathe, look around, grounding and more

    Every screen

    The calm-down kit

    From a good day

    A note from past you

  • The 2 AM page, in dark mode: nothing needs to be decided tonight

    For a hard night

    The 2 AM page

Calm is one tap away

The calm-down kit sits on every screen: breathe, look around, grounding, a note from past you, your song, and a page for 2 AM. It uses no AI, works offline, and opening it never loses your work.

Coaching, never digging

It works with beliefs, patterns and sensations. It never asks what happened to you, and it never tries to map a trauma.

Help comes first

If you ever need real help, “I need help now” shows the crisis lines for your country, with no questions first, and tapping it tells no one. No limit, budget or outage ever switches it off.

It slows down with you

If an exercise ever raises your upset number, it stops, calms you and offers a softer way. It never pushes on.

Nothing to keep up with

There are no streaks, no red marks and no countdowns. Up to two missed days a Challenge get a grace dot, and a missed day is never marked red.

Honest about what it is

An AI coach, not a therapist, and for adults. It says so on every conversation screen.

Here’s how it connects you to the community

The app is private: just you and the copilot. Every human conversation happens in the Abundance GPS community on Skool, with David and the other members.

Day 2 finished, with a share for the community drafted and ready to copy

Want witnesses?

When you finish something, it drafts a short share with a suggested category. You copy it and post it yourself, if and when you want to.

Ask David or the community: the question is drafted and posted in Skool by the member

Ask David or the community

It shows questions the community has already answered, drafts yours, and opens the community for you. The copilot never sends messages.

Each day the community gets one easy question you can answer in ten seconds, and the app’s home screen shows it to you as well. The copilot never reads your posts, comments or messages in Skool.

Here’s who sees what

Private by default, in plain words.

What the copilot knows about you, with a Delete button beside each thing it remembers

What the copilot knows

Only what you tell it in the app, plus the answers you gave to the community’s join questions. You can see each thing it remembers, and delete any of it.

What David can see: where you are, never your words unless you share them

What David sees

Where you are, so he can prepare for the live sessions: your step, whether it’s finished, how many days you’ve shown up, your last active day, and whether you kept your commitments on their dates, plus a one-line note if you might need him, and your email address only when there’s a sign-in problem to sort out. Your words only if you tap Share with David on a document. Patterns across members only when enough people share them, never with names. A private note goes to David only when the copilot shows you the full help screen, and it never includes your words. A lighter question, like “That sounded heavy…”, tells no one.

Your data: download everything, delete it, or withdraw consent

What you control

Download everything, delete it, or withdraw consent, all from the Me tab. Your writing is encrypted with a key tied to your account. If you leave, your work stays readable for 90 days with a download, then it’s deleted after one reminder email.

Here’s what it will never do

Some of the most important design choices are things it leaves out.

  • Ask you to tell the story of what happened
  • Count your streak, or mark a day red
  • Post, message or DM anyone for you
  • Read your posts, comments or messages in Skool
  • Put you on a leaderboard
  • Teach you manifesting tricks
  • Pretend to be a therapist, or to be David
A reading page in the app about why this isn't manifesting tricks

The app even carries a short page on that sixth one.

Here’s who it’s for

Honest qualification, both ways.

It’s for you if

  • You’re a conscious entrepreneur who knows the material, and the next step still stalls right at the edge.
  • You’d rather be met at the moment than lectured about it afterwards.
  • You want the inner half and the structure half in the same place.
  • You like a private place to practise, and a community to take it to when you’re ready.
  • You’ll give it three minutes before the scary step.

It’s not the right fit if

  • You need clinical care or crisis support. Please reach a professional; the app will point you to help, and it’s no substitute for it.
  • You want an AI to do the work for you, or to post for you.
  • You’re looking for a manifesting shortcut.
  • You want a streak or a leaderboard to push you.

The honest answers

Including the ones with careful answers.

Is this therapy?

No. It’s an AI coach, and it says so on every conversation screen. It works with beliefs, patterns and sensations, and it never asks you to tell the story of what happened. If you ever write something that sounds like you might need real help, it shows the crisis lines for your country straight away, with no questions first, and if it’s serious, coaching stops. That part is never switched off.

Do I need to download an app?

There’s no App Store step. It runs in your phone’s browser, and you can add it to your home screen so it opens like any app. It works on a tablet or a laptop too. You sign in with a code sent to the email your Skool account uses.

What do I get on the free trial?

On the Premium and VIP trials, Day 1 of the Challenge is yours in full, along with daily check-ins; Days 2 to 4 open when your membership continues. The Standard trial opens what Standard does.

How much can I use it?

Plenty for real work. Your Challenge days are set aside for you, and each day has room for deep sessions. If you reach the day’s allowance, deep work opens again at midnight your time, while quick questions, the calm tools and your documents keep working. Each membership also has a monthly allowance; if you ever use all of it, the AI rests until the 1st, and the calm tools, your documents, the technique pages and the focus timer keep working. Crisis help is never part of any allowance.

Will David read what I write?

Only if you choose. He sees where you are—your room and step, whether it’s finished, how many days you’ve shown up and whether you kept your commitments—so he can prepare for the live sessions. Your own words stay private unless you tap Share with David on a particular document, and you can stop sharing any time. A private note goes to David only when the copilot shows you the full help screen, and it never includes your words. A lighter question, like “That sounded heavy…”, tells no one.

Does it post to Skool for me?

Never. It drafts a short share or a question when you want one, and you copy it and post it yourself. It doesn’t send messages, and it doesn’t read your posts, comments or messages in Skool.

What if I fall behind?

Nothing on your screen counts the days. Up to two missed days a Challenge get a grace dot, Not yet gets a smaller step, and your answers are kept, so you pick up wherever you left off.

Does it work in my language?

It replies in English and in a small set of other languages chosen before launch. Write in one of those and it answers in it; in any other language it answers in English and tells you so. Your answers go into your document exactly as you wrote them. The app’s own screens are in English.

What happens to my work if I leave?

It stays readable for 90 days, with a download. Then it’s deleted, after one reminder email a couple of weeks before.

Are the three AI apps included?

No. AI Quantum Growth Coach, AI Vision Weaver and AI Business StrategyOS are separate subscriptions. Challenge Copilot comes with both Premium and VIP, and Standard gets a way in.

Why is it called Challenge Copilot?

Because it’s your copilot through the monthly 4-Day Break-Free Challenge and the weeks after it. You’re the one flying: it sits beside you at the moment the brake fires, hands you the next small move, and stays out of the way the rest of the time.

Something not answered here? Ask us directly.

Why it exists

Six days a week, the brake had the room to itself.

Premium and VIP members meet David for one live hour every week. That hour is where the brake gets named, where it came from gets seen, and a plan gets made. Then the call ends, and the moment that matters arrives later, on an ordinary afternoon, with no one there.

Challenge Copilot was built for that afternoon. It carries David’s methods and his Techniques Library into the moment, keeps your words as yours, stays safe for people who learned early to brace, and sends you back to the community, where the real conversations belong.

What we do, in two sentences

We help conscious entrepreneurs with adverse childhood experiences get out of their own way and release their brakes — so they can multiply their income and magnify their impact.

Because manifesting is as natural as breathing. It is already running, and it is already obeying the conditioning it was handed. So the work is releasing the brakes, rising above that conditioning, and building real structure and flow around abundance — the mindset, the financial plumbing, the entrepreneurial steps.

The brake will fire again. This time, something’s waiting for it.

  • A three-minute release move, matched to your brake, at the moment it fires
  • Your four Challenge documents, finished in your own words
  • One next step a day between Challenges, with nothing to keep up with
  • Calm tools one tap away, and help that’s never switched off
  • Private by design, with every human conversation in the community
